Hermes is an internal automation and engagement system operated by One Who May Ascend. It may process information obtained through services that the account owner explicitly authorizes, including account profile information, content metadata, public conversation data, and other data permitted by the connected platform’s API and the permissions granted by the account owner.
Hermes uses this information only to support authorized content, engagement, analytics, and account-management workflows. Hermes does not sell personal information.
Access to Hermes is limited to authorized users and systems. Credentials and access tokens are stored on controlled infrastructure and are used only for the connected services for which authorization was granted.
Connected services may have their own privacy practices and data-retention rules. Users may revoke access through the relevant service or request that Hermes-connected data be deleted where applicable.
