People fear what they do not understand. As Franklin D Roosevelt once said, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself". Rather than look to fear as a danger or regret, look at it as an opportunity to learn about what you fear, thus eliminating your fear.
Some look at anger as a feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility, allowing it to rule their lives, whereas I prefer to use my anger as fuel to either remove, solve, and overcome obstacles in my way, or to power my endeavors whether creative, physical, or goal oriented.
Like everyone else, I do become jealous, but instead of being overcome by greed, envy, and intimidation, my jealousy propels me to perform better and work harder in order to achieve the accomplishments and levels of success reached by those who I'm jealous of.
While in the wrong hands fear, anger, and jealousy can be destructive forces plummeting and individual into oblivion, in the right hands, these emotions can be used for good, and can potentially change your life (and the world) for better. So what will it be? Will you allow your emotions to get the best of you, or will you use them as a tool to live the way you've always wanted, and to make the world a better place?
